PILCHER.- On August 2, 1940, at Wellington, (suddenly), John, dearly loved husband of the late Ellen Pilcher, of 233 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt, and loving father of Jack, Les, and May; in his 76th year. Deeply mourned.

PILCHER.- The Friends of the late Mr. John Pilcher are invited to attend his Funeral, which will leave the Church of the Good Shepherd, Waiwhetu Road, Lower Hutt, on Monday, August 5, 1940, after Service commencing 2 p.m., for the Cemetery, Taita.
