That desirable and highly-improved property known as Grange Farm, East Taratahi, comprising 180 Acres, within 4 1/2 miles from Masterton, together with 7-roomed dwelling (heart of totara), 5-stall stable, 8-stall cow-shed, machine-shed, chaff-shed, etc.
Also - Bone milling plant, in good order, including two bone mills, engine, belts, etc.
NOTE!- The Bone Milling Plant will give an energetic man a nett return of 200 pounds per annum.
