MESSRS. GEORGE NATHAN AND CO. are favoured with instructions from the Trustee in the Estate of the late J. T. Adams (deceased) to sell by Public Public Auction as above —
ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND, containing 22 acres 2 roods (more or less), being part of Section numbered 50 on the Map of the Hutt District, and the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 21 Folio 55, SUBJECT to a Right of Road, not exceeding 18 links wide, reserved through the said land by Crown Grant bearing the date of 10th August, 1853. TOGETHER with the buildings thereon, comprising large dwelling, hayshed, cow bails, fowlhouses, and toolshed.
This property has been used as a market garden for the past few years by Mr. Gorrie, and same is in excellent order, and no better marketable goods are produced anywhere in the Wellington District than have been got off this land, which is well watered. All produce can be landed by motor-lorry into the markets within 40 minutes from leaving this property in Cottle''s lane.
