HUTTON - BARTON.- On the 28th June, at St. John''s Church, Featherston, by the Rev. H. Vere White, George Thomas Frederick, eldest son of the Rev. T. B. Hutton, of Sheffield, England, to Catherine (sic) Carae (sic), eldest daughter of O. R. Bidwill, of Pihautea, and widow of the late Richard John Barton.

OBITUARY.
MRS G. T. F. HUTTON
An old and respected resident of the district in the person of Mrs Hutton, wife of Mr G. T. F. Hutton, passed away at the residence of her daughter, Mrs W. Dalziell, ot Manawa, Tinui, yesterday morning. Deceased was 57 years of age and had been ailing for some time, although the end came as a sad surprise to her relatives and friends, with whom the sincerest sympathy will be felt in their sudden bereavement. She was the eldest daughter of the late Mr O. R. Bidwill, of Pihautea (sic), one of thet earliest settlers district. She was married twice, her first husband being the late Mr Richard J. Barton, of whom Mrs Dalziell is a daughter. She leaves one son. Mr Edward G. Hutton, by her second marriage. Two brothers, Messrs J. O. aud W. E. Bidwill, and four sisters, Mrs H. H. Beetham, Mrs Holmes-Warren, Mrs Rhodes (Timaru) and Mrs R. Balfour (Napier), also survive her death. The interment takes place to-morrow, the funeral passing through Featherston and arriving at the cemetery at 2 p.m.
