SALE OF FARMING PLANT AND FURNITURE, AT TAITA. Lower Hutt, near Blackbridge.
MACDONALD, WILSON AND CO. have received instructions from Captain Mann, who is leaving for England, to sell on the premises (Mr. Strand''s old farm), Taita, near the Black Bridge, the whole of his farming plant and superior household furniture, as follows
Bay 1/2 draught gelding, Peter, well known and respected, capital trap and plough horse; spring cart and harness; 4-wheeled brake, will carry 30cwt; tip dray and set cart harness roller, harrows, s.f. plough, scarifier, and banker; lot garden tools and sundry tools; chaff-cutter; canvas hayrick cover; also, the whole of his superior, household furniture and effects, including elegant suite in tapestry and plush. Mason and Hamlyn''s baby organ, chiffonier, linoleums, hearth rugs, lamps, pictures, also the contents of three bedrooms and usual bedding and bedstpads, lot of good blankets and sheets.
Special Note.- Lot of good cutlery and e.p. ware, forks, spoons, etc.
