THE Friends of the late Mr. George Frederick Judd are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral, which will leave St James'' Church, Woburn Road, Lower Hutt, at the conclusion of Service, commencing at 1.45 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 1936, for the Cemetery, Taita.

OBITUARY
MR. G. F. JUDD
The death occurred at his residence in Lower Hutt last night of Mr. George Frederic (sic) Judd, a well-known business man of Wellington.
The late Mr. Judd was born in Wellington about 60 years ago, and spent all his life in the district. He was in business in Wellington as a public accountant and auditor. He was secretary of the Wellington College Board of Governors since 1923, and was also secretary of the Taita Cemetery Board, the Wellington Home for Aged and Needy, and of many other organisations.
Mr. Judd leaves a wife and nine children, Mrs. W. N. Southee (Island Bay), Mrs. A. Horn, Mrs. J. Murray (Lower Hutt), Misses Enid and Peggy Judd, and Messrs. Algar, G. L., Vernon, and Master Lawrence Judd.
The funeral will take place tomorrow at the Taita Cemetery.

A motion of condolence with relatives of the late Mr. G. F. Judd, secretary of the Taita Cemetery Board, was passed at the meeting of the board yesterday afternoon. The chairman (Mr. F. S. Hewer) said that Mr. Judd had given valued services as secretary for many years. He had always been willing to assist the board in any way possible.

Dyer) at the meeting of the Wellington Education Board yesterday afternoon. Suitable letters of condolence are to be sent to the family in each case. Members of the board stood as a mark of respect to the deceased.

ANGLICAN BOYS'' HOMES
During the 34 years that the society had been operating 664 boys had passed through its homes, said the president of the Wellington Anglican Boys'' Homes Society (Mr. H. B. Gordon) at the annual meeting yesterday. "This means that on the average about 20 boys a year have been taken in and cared for and after varying terms have left us, mostly to rejoin their parents or natural homes, and, we would like to believe, much improved from every aspect after their stay in our homes."
The following officers were elected: President, Mr. H. B. Gordon; vice-presidents, Ven. Archdeacon Rich, Ven. Archdeacon Kenny, Mr. S. M. Hobbs, Mrs. F. M. Chesney; honorary vice-president. Rev. A.
