THE LATE MRS J. T. WORSLEY
Another of Normanby'' s old residents passed away on Sunday morning at the Hawera Hospital, in the person of Mrs Worsley, of the Mountain road. The deceased lady, who came to Normanby with her husband nearly 20 years ago, when they settled on a farm near Ketemarae, was of a quiet and unassuming nature, and made many friends. She will be much missed as she was always a willing helper in any good cause. She is survived by her husband and three sons and three daughters — Mrs Mellish (Featherston), Mrs Edwards and Mrs Rye (Okaiawa), and Messrs T. W. and C. Worsley, for whom much sympathy is felt in their sad bereavement.

THE LATE MR WORSLEY.
Another old colonist in the person of Mr James Thomas Worsley passed away on Saturday last, after a long illness. The deceased was born in England in 1850, and came to New Zealand three years later in the ship Oliver Lang, and resided in the Wairarapa and Rangitikei districts until December, 1897, when he purchased a farm on the Mountain road, near the Ketemarae pa, and has resided there since. The late Mr Worsley was of a most genial disposition, and could tell many interesting and amusing anecdotes of the early days. He is survived by a family of five — Mrs W. Mellish (Featherston), Mrs D. Edwards (Okaiawa), Mrs J. Rye (Normanby), and Messrs W. and C. Worsley — for whom much sympathy is felt in their bereavement. Mrs Worsley predeceased her husband about four years ago.
