CLEARING SALE DAIRY STOCK, AT TAITA, LOWER HUTT.
ON TUESDAY, 29th APRIL, 1913
At 11 a.m.
DALGETY AND COMPANY, LTD., Wellington, have received instructions from Mrs. A. Deckston, who, owing to ill-health, has leased her farm, to sell by public auction, at the farm, Taita, about three miles from Lower Hutt, the whole of her stock, etc., comprising -
6 cows, calved March; 6 cows at drop; 6 cows, due June; 4 cows, spring calvers; 3 choice 2-year heifers; 2 horses (spring carters), 1 hack, 2 cattle dogs, 5 tons clover hay and oats, 1 spring trap, 1 gig, 2 sets harness, 20 milk cans, plough, harrow and sundries, also furniture from 5-roomed house, including piano and lady''s bicycle.
Cows in milk can be inspected at any milking before the sale. The Taita coach from Lower Hutt passes the farm.

If owner of Dog left on Deckston''s farm, Taita, does not remove same within 48 hours, he will be sued for damages.
