FRANCIS SIDEY & CO. have received instructions from Messrs. Pringle and Mason, farmers, to sell by public auction, on their premises, Taita (the late Mr. Craighead''s farm)-
5 first-class milch cows, in full milk
1 splendid trap mare, spring cart and harness
Sows, with litters
20 tons oaten hay
Roller, scarifier, wheelbarrow, grind stone
Dairy utensils, garden tools
Superior harmonium, &c., &c.

The Auctioneers call particular attention to the above lot of choice milking cows. Every lot will be sold without reserve, and regardless of the weather, the sale will positively take place on Wedneday, the 17th May, at 1 o''clock. Train leaves Wellington at 10.15 a.m., and Mr. Cudby''s Bus runs close by the farm.
